MainetMU Game Rules

1. Don't use bad language ! This is the most important rule ... insulting other people isn't allowed
Using bad language on /post is forbidden - 5 days of ban
Punishment: Minimum - 3 days of character suspend, maximum - delete account

2. Don't use any type of hacks or game bugs exploiting (including trades scamming)
Punishment: Delete account

3. Don't pretend to be a friend of the MM/Admin
Punishment: Items delete / stats decrease

4. Mockery/Insulting/Threatening other players is forbidden
Punishment: 5~8 days of character suspend

5. KSing other players is prohibited at Goldens/WhiteWizard
(I) KSing other players is not allowed
(II) Each player can have his own spot if he was first there
(III) The spot is considered empty if the player is AFK

Its recommended that when you find yourself a spot make a screenshot with it empty so you can proove you was there first
Punishment: 3 days of character suspend

6. AFKing is not allowed (AFK = away from keybord more than 5 minutes), you can afk in party but at least one member needs to be online (not AFK), you have 5 minutes to answer to an MM/Admin AFK check
Punishment: if MM/Admin/Player(report) catches you AFK you get disconnect or moved to a safe zone, if u get caught AFK two times same day, you get 1~3 days of character suspend

7. PK System
1) PK is restricted by server's settings to max 3 PK which means it is allowed!
2) Chasing a player with the purpose to PK him is restricted!
3) PK Clear is not available in any other way but to wait, the Muderer 2 status decreases in 10 minutes... and after that you can kill monsters to clear the other PK statuses faster

I think waiting 10 minutes will restrict un-welcomed PKs

There are many ways to do PvP legaly

PK is NOT allowed in events like CryWolf, Maya, Erohim

Punishment: 3 days of character suspend / stats decrease

8. False accusations in rule-breaking reports is restricted
Punishment: 5 days of character suspend

9. /post command can be used only for salute or Buy/Sell/Party/Guild/Duel requests, anything else not mentioned above will be considered SPAM
Punishment: Disconnect and up to 1 day of ban

10. Selling in-game accounts is restricted, announcing on forums or game global chat will lead you to a longterm ban, if its done privately its not my business but MainetMU's chat channels aren't for such trades!

11. For repeatedly broken rules or breaking rules (at once) more then 3 times (inclusive) you get account and ip ban 2 weeks

12. Respect other players and you will be respected
